How can I get my parcel when I am not at home?

The courier calls the customer before going to the address. Even if the courier cannot contact the recipient of the parcel by phone, he visits the address.
If the courier gets in contact with you, the procedure is as follows:
- A new time (and address) is agreed upon, the transport will be carried out as soon as possible, usually the next day
- It is agreed that the parcel is directed to a nearby parcel locker
- If suitable for you, the parcel is taken back to the Smartpost sorting centre and you can collect the parcel at: Jälgimäe tee 13 (B-hoone), 76406, Tänassilma küla, Saku vald, Harjumaa.
If the courier cannot get in contact with you, the procedure is as follows:
- The parcel is delivered back to the Smartpost sorting center. Smartpost customer service will try to contact the customer again, it is very welcome if the customer contacts the companu by himself. After getting in touch, it is agreed whether the customer wants to pick up the parcel himself or whether the parcel will be sent by courier to the desired address/parcel locker.
