The delivery cost is calculated based on the height of the parcel. The parcel terminals have lockers of five different sizes. The price depends on which locker the parcel fits into. If the parcel is of the maximum allowed width and height, we recommend you choose a larger locker to make it easier for the addressee to retrieve the parcel from the locker.

In Estonia, the estimated delivery time to the parcel machine is 1 working day and to the address is 1–2 working days.
To Finland, the estimated delivery time to the Helsinki area is 2-3 working days, to the rest of Finland 3–5 working days.
This is not a time promise, but we do our best to ensure that shipments arrive as quickly as possible.
Parcel terminals are filled and emptied on the mainland, Saaremaa and Hiiumaa from Monday-Friday (see exceptions, also read the General Terms and Conditions).
No deliveries are made on public holidays, and public holidays are not included in the estimated delivery time.
NB! If the parcel is placed into the parcel locker/handed over to Smartpost after 6 p.m., the estimated delivery time is calculated from the following day.
