Yes. If the business client (sender) has activated the return service.

If the parcel arrived at the blue parcel machine, the parcel can be returned free of charge to any blue parcel machine within Estonia with the same door code.

If the parcel arrived at the white parcel machine, the return must be made in the self-service my.smartpost.ee.
