What should I do upon discovering I have provided the sender incorrect contact information?

If the parcel has not been dispatched yet, inform the sender; it is best if the parcel has correct information on it from the get-go.
If the parcel has already been dispatched and it is known that Smartpost Itella is responsible for the delivery, please contact our customer service. Then you have to provide the tracking code and correct information.
