According to the cooperation agreement between DHL and Itella, all international parcels which are suitable for parcel terminals are delivered there. Delivery with courier takes place when it is not possible or reasonable to deliver the parcel to a parcel terminal due to the size of parcel, lack of information provided or location of the addressee.
