International parcels are delivered either by courier or to the customer’s nearest parcel terminal within 48 hours after sorting the parcel at our terminal. In the case of very large volumes, delivery times may be longer.

In the case of a courier, a notification is sent to the recipient by SMS or email with the period when the courier reaches the address.
