How is it decided which parcel terminal is the parcel sent to?

Parcel terminals are chosen automatically on the basis of the contact details of the addressee. Upon incomplete contact details in the electronic system, errors may occur in the selection of parcel terminals. Should this happen, you can request the parcel to be sent to a more suitable parcel terminal by calling to our customer service number +372 60 11 000 or sending an email toinfo@smartpost.ee
