Fuel Surcharge

In July 2024, fuel surcharges are the following:

  • Until 7.7.2024 road transport and Express Business Day services — 18.7%. From 08.07 road transport and Express Business Day pallet service — 18.7%
  • Parcel locker service (Smartpost and Parcel Connect) — 0,3%
  • Until 07.07 Smartpost courier service — 0.9%. From 08.07 both Smartpost courier service and Express Business Day courier service — 0.9%.

The calculation of the fuel surcharge rate is monthly

Due to the extraordinary situation in the fuel market, we started the temporarily change of the fuel surcharge rate from March 14th 2022. In addition to road freight, the fuel surcharge for our business customers is also added to the parcel machine and courier service.
