Fuel Surcharge

In April 2024, fuel surcharges are the following:

  • Road freight and Express Business Day – 19,2%
  • Parcel machine service (Smartpost and Parcel Connect) – 0,6%
  • Smartpost courier service – 1,7%

NB! From March 13th 2023, the calculation of the fuel surcharge rate is monthly.

Due to the extraordinary situation in the fuel market, we started the temporarily change of the fuel surcharge rate from March 14th 2022. In addition to road freight, the fuel surcharge for our business customers is also added to the parcel machine and courier service.
