On four days of the week (Tue–Fri), smartpost offers a SmartEXPRESS service with which the parcels reach the destination on the same day. The destination places of SmartEXPRESS are 138 parcel terminals all over Estonia. A prerequisite for delivery on the same day is that express parcels arrive at the smartpost terminal by 13.00 at the latest. The service fee is 1 € + VAT (20%) per parcel in addition to the parcel delivery cost.

  • SmartEXPRESS parcels sent from Tuesday to Friday arrive at the destination on the same day. Same-day deliveries are not performed on Mondays and holidays.
  • The destination places of SmartEXPRESS are 138 parcel terminals.

Service area

SmartEXPRESS same-day delivery is available in Tallinn / Harju County, Tartu, Pärnu, Viljandi, Haapsalu, Narva, Rapla, Rakvere, Jõhvi, Vändra, Kohtla-Järve and Märjamaa. A total of 138 parcel terminals:

Shopping cart example

A separate dropdown menu with a list of the parcel terminals that allow for EXPRESS delivery must be added to the shopping cart of the online shop. It is possible to display the parcel delivery time in the shopping cart.

SmartPOST express

Labeling and collection

  • A prerequisite for delivery on the same day is that express parcels arrive at the smartpost terminal by 13.00 at the latest.
  • Smartpost offers a special parcel collection service in Harju County.
  • EXPRESS parcels must be packed in a separate postal container.

Price

  • Price of SmartEXPRESS additional service: 1 € + VAT (20%) per parcel in addition to the parcel delivery cost.
