Every business client is able to add the parcel return service to their list of services. To this end, activate the return service by agreement with Itella Estonia OÜ.

With the return service, the end-client can return goods ordered from an online shop or a catalogue free of charge to the sender within 14 days of receipt of the parcel.

If the parcel arrives at a blue parcel locker, it can be returned through Smartpost’s blue parcel lockers anywhere in Estonia with the same door code that was used to receive the parcel. If you wish, you can also return the parcel from a white parcel locker, in which case the return must be executed through the my.smartpost.ee self-service using the parcel’s barcode.

If the parcel arrives at a white parcel locker or parcel point, the client must execute the return based on the parcel’s barcode in the my.smartpost.ee self-service by selecting a preferred parcel locker (blue or white).

It is advisable to include a return card with a barcode with the parcel to make it more convenient for the client to execute a return and place the same label on the parcel.

Business clients will be charged for parcel returns (parcels not picked up by the recipient or returned to the parcel locker) based on the same price list that applies when sending parcels.
