A notice by SMS is sent to the sender of the parcel when the addressee has received the parcel from the parcel terminal. In order to use this service, the desired order must include a mobile number to which the notice of receipt of the parcel is automatically sent.

In order to use additional services, you must activate the services in the Smartpost self-service.

Smartpost service charges:

0.20 € + VAT per SMS in addition to the parcel delivery cost.
