Itella tops the list of attractive employers

Estonia’s most attractive employers survey conducted in September 2021 by employer branding agency Instar EBC 2021 showed that Itella Estonia places second in its field among the 4610 students surveyed and first among IT students.

Altogether 9000 experienced employees and students in the fields of economy, information technology, construction, humanities, engineering, logistics and other vocational, bachelor, masters and doctorate specialities took part in the survey. The survey has been conducted since 2010.

Respondents assessed the reputation and attractiveness as employers of 242 organisations. Respondents rated all the companies on the list based on their interest in working for the organisation.

We continue to be at the top of the list of employers in our area and will do our best to retain that position. This year, we have paid more attention to working with universities to build long-term and fruitful relationships. We believe it is important to involve increasingly more young talents in our field and our activities, so that they can contribute to the development of our company and gain valuable experience.
