*Why did you decide to complete your internship at Itella?

I decided to complete my internship at Itella because I already had some experience with Smartpost Itella’s terminal work and I previously really enjoyed the team and working environment there.

*What experience did you gain from your internship?

The internship gave me a great deal of experience in terms of communicating with people at different levels, logistical navigation knowledge and being confident in my own opinions.

*What would you recommend to other people applying for internship at Itella?

I strongly advise to carefully study the whole work process. This will help you draw connections, get to the root of problems and come up with solutions to said problems much quicker and more efficiently. I would also recommend actively communicating with your colleagues as you will gain a lot of new knowledge and tips by talking to them.

*Why did you decide to complete your internship at Itella?

Itella immediately caught my eye as an internship provider because I have prior experience with the company. I often notice Smartpost Itella’s blue parcel lockers when I’m out and about, and I immediately associated myself with the company. In addition, I myself also use the parcel locker service, so I decided that it would be interesting to see what the system looks like from the inside.

*What experience did you gain from your internship?

At Itella, I was able to solve varied and interesting tasks that required independent thinking and practical intelligence. I also got to know a number of specialists in this field and I found it very interesting to communicate and work with them. All the people I met during my internship were very helpful and kind, I never felt left out.

*What would you recommend to other people applying for internship at Itella?

Internships are where you can gain a lot of experience, so I would say to make the most of it. Be ready to learn and ask questions without hesitation. Carry out the tasks you are given to the best of your ability and remember to enjoy the internship.

*Why did you decide to complete your internship at Itella?

I decided to complete my internship at Itella because I thought it would be interesting to see such a big company from the inside – to see how big companies operate. Also, as I was about to complete my bachelor’s degree and did not know exactly what direction I found most enjoyable, I saw the internship as a good opportunity to try my hand at marketing (which was the only direction I had actually ruled out for myself).

*What experience did you gain from your internship?

In addition to all the marketing knowledge I gained, the number one thing I learned during my internship was definitely cooperation and I saw just how important communication and cooperation really are in a company.

*What would you recommend to other people applying for internship at Itella?

There is so much new knowledge and skills to be gained during an internship. So make the most of it, be open to new experiences, knowledge, skills and people.
