Please plan your shipments at the end of the year well in advance as our normal delivery times are changed at Christmas and New Year.

Smartpost deliveries during Christmas and the New Year

Filling and emptying parcel lockers

From 28 November to 23 December, parcel lockers are filled and emptied every day according to the Tuesday schedule (see parcel locker emptying and filling times here).

24-26 December – parcel lockers are not filled or emptied

27-30 December – regular service

31 December – non-fixed schedule

1 January – parcel lockers are not filled or emptied

2 January – regular service

Courier pick-ups and deliveries

23 December – no courier parcels pick-ups

24-26 December – couriers are on holiday

27-30 December – couriers work as usual

31 December-1 January – couriers are on holiday

2 January – couriers work as usual

Transport and collection of pallet goods

Local deliveries – no deliveries on 23-26 December and 1 January

Export-import is arranged according to the holidays of the countries of origin and destination in such a way that on national holidays, no deliveries take place in the respective countries.
