Around Victory Day and Midsummer Day, Smartpost’s opening hours will be different from usual working days.

Filling and emptying of parcel lockers, couriers’ work schedule

22 June

  • Filling and emptying of parcel lockers and the working hours of couriers are normal
  • Pick-ups for business customers, which includes regular pick-ups, are only carried out on a separate agreement – please send your request by 14:00 on 21 June to kuller@smartpost.ee

23-24 June

  • No filling or emptying of parcel lockers.
  • Smartpost couriers are on holiday.


Road transportation

From 22-24 June, the road transportation department is closed.


Customer service

On 22 June, private customer service is open from 9:00-15:00, business customer service is closed

From 23-24 June, all customer service personnel are on holiday.
