Filling and emptying of parcel terminals is carried out according to the regular (or compressed) schedule.

Smartpost deliveries during Christmas and the turn of the year.

Emptying and filling of parcel terminals

No usual filling and emptying of parcel terminals. If necessary, one free scheduled round is made in the morning.

25.-26.12
No filling or emptying of parcel terminals.

27.12
Parcel terminals are filled and emptied according to the usual schedule.

31.12 
Parcel terminals are filled and emptied on a flexible schedule until all parcels are loaded into the terminals. Parcels put into the terminals by clients after the final filling date will be delivered to their destinations starting on 03.01.2023.

Courier pick-ups and deliveries

Only regular pick-ups by special arrangement until 14:00 (NB! Send your request to: kuller@smartpost.ee).

Transportation and pick-ups of pallet goods

23.12
Shortened working day – pick-ups and distribution in Estonia arranged accordingly. Orders for pick-ups from Tallinn, Harju County are accepted until 10:00, from the rest of Estonia – the day before until 16:00 at the latest.

International goods picked up in Estonia on 23.12 will be arriving in the destination countries from the first working day after the holidays, which is 27.12.
