Services during the Easter holidays

We will be operating to an amended schedule as a result of the Good Friday and Easter Sunday public holidays.
Sending and collecting parcels from parcel terminals will be possible during the opening hours of shopping centres.


Smartpost deliveries

THURSDAY 6 APRIL

  • Parcel terminals will be filled and emptied according to the usual Thursday schedule.
  • Courier pick-ups and parcel deliveries will take place as per normal.
  • Business client deliveries will also take place as per normal.

FRIDAY 7 APRIL

  • Deliveries to and collections from parcel terminals will not take place.
  • There will be no courier pick-ups or parcel deliveries.
  • The warehouse will open at 20:00.

SATURDAY 8 APRIL

  • Deliveries to and collections from parcel terminals will take place according to the usual Saturday schedule.
  • Smartkuller couriers will be working as normal.

SUNDAY 9 APRIL

  • Deliveries to and collections from parcel terminals will not take place.
  • There will be no courier pick-ups or parcel deliveries.
  • The warehouse will open at 20:00.

MONDAY 10 APRIL

  • Deliveries to and collections from parcel terminals will take place according to the usual Monday schedule.
  • Courier pick-ups and parcel deliveries will take place as per normal.
  • Business client deliveries will also take place as per normal.


Customer service

FRIDAY 7 APRIL

  • Customer service will be closed.

SATURDAY 8 APRIL

Private customer service will be open from 9:00-17:00.
Business customer service will be closed.

SUNDAY 9 APRIL

  • Customer service will be closed.


Road transport within Estonia

FRIDAY 7 APRIL

  • No deliveries will take place.

SATURDAY 8 APRIL

  • No deliveries will take place.

SUNDAY 9 APRIL

  • No deliveries will take place.
  • The warehouse will open at 20:00.


Road transport internationally

THURSDAY 6 APRIL

  • Collections from business clients and deliveries will take place as per normal in Estonia, but deliveries to other countries will not take place. (Parcels collected on both 6 & 10 April will be sent out for delivery on the evening of 10 April, arriving in their country of destination starting from 11 April.)
  • The final departure from foreign countries before the holidays will be on 6 April, with delivery in Estonia starting from 10 April accordingly.

FRIDAY 7-SUNDAY 9 APRIL

  • The Loomäe terminal will be closed and there will be no collection or delivery of parcels.
  • Nor will there be any departures to or from foreign countries.

MONDAY 10 APRIL

  • Collections from business clients and deliveries will take place as per normal in Estonia, with departures to other countries for delivery starting from 11 April depending on the public holidays in the country in question. The ordinary delivery schedule will be restored in foreign countries following the public holidays there. There will be no collections or deliveries during the public holidays.
