Service schedule on Victory Day and Midsummer’s Day

In relation to Victory Day and Midsummer’s Day, Smartpost will be operating in the following manner:

22 June, Thursday

  • Parcel lockers are serviced in accordance with the regular Thursday schedule
  • Smartkuller will deliver parcels to clients as usual
  • Pick-ups for business clients, which includes permanent pick-ups, are only conducted on the basis of a separate agreement – please send your request by 16:00 on 21 June to kuller@smartpost.ee

23 June, Friday – Victory Day

  • Deliveries to and collections from parcel lockers will not take place
  • Smartkuller couriers will not be working

24 June, Saturday – Midsummer’s Day

  • Deliveries to and collections from parcel lockers will not take place
  • Smartkuller couriers will not be working
  • The warehouse will open at 20:00

25 June, Sunday

  • Parcel lockers are serviced in accordance with the regular Sunday schedule
  • Smartkuller couriers will not be working


Road transport will be conducted in the following manner:

22 June

  • Half-holiday – road transport department works until 13:00
  • We will conduct pick-ups until 14:00
  • Same day pick-ups in Tallinn and Harju County will be accepted until 10:00 on 22 June
  • Orders from outside Harju County will be accepted until 16:00 on 21 June

23-25 June

  • Pick-ups and distributions will not occur


Customer service

22 June

  • Private customer service will be open from 9:00-20:00
  • Business customer service open from 9:00-17:30

23 June and 24 June

  • Customer service will be closed

25 June

  • Private customer service will be open from 10:00-15:00
  • Business customer service will be closed
