Service Schedule for the 24 February public holiday

Smartpost deliveries

With Itella smartpost parcel terminal the parcels can be sent and picked up according to the opening hours of shopping centers.

Wednesday, February 23

  • Emptying and filling parcel machines on a regular schedule.
  • Smartkuller delivers shipments to customers as usual, but pick-up is by agreement.
  • The warehouse is open until the last car arrives.

NB! Packages placed before the emptying time on February 23 will arrive at the parcel lockers on February 25.

Thursday, February 24

  • Parcel machines are not filled and emptied.
  • There is no courier pick-up or parcel delivery.
  • No pick-ups for business customers.
  • The warehouse will open in the evening at 8 p.m.

Friday, February 25

  • Emptying and filling parcel machines on a regular schedule.
  • Smartkuller operates normally.


Customer Service

Wednesday, February 23

  • Customer service is open at regular times.

Thursday, February 24

  • Private and business customer service is closed.

Friday, February 25

  • Customer service is open at regular times.


Domestic road transport

Wednesday, February 23

  • We accept orders for pick-ups in Tallinn until 10.00.
  • Pickups until 3 p.m.

There will be no shipments on Thursday, 24 February


International road transport

Pick-ups are normal in all foreign countries.

Thursday, February 24

  • The terminal is closed until 8 p.m.
  • No deliveries or pick-ups on that day.
