Service schedule for Anniversary of the Republic of Estonia

We are working on a slightly different schedule than usual in relation to the Anniversary of the Republic of Estonia.

Smartpost deliveries

Thursday, 23 February

  • Parcel locker rounds take place according to the routine Thursday schedule.
  • Smartkuller will deliver parcels to clients as usual, but pick-ups (incl permanent pickups) must be agreed separately beforehand (note: in order to do this, please send your request to kuller@smartpost.ee).
  • Parcels entered into the system prior to the discharge time on 23 February will be delivered to parcel lockers on 26 February.
  • The warehouse will be open until the last delivery truck arrives.

Friday, 24 February

  • Deliveries to and collections from parcel terminals will not take place.
  • Smartkuller will not be working.
  • Pick-ups for business clients will not take place.
  • The warehouse opens at 20:00.

Saturday, 25 February

  • Parcel locker rounds take place according to the routine Saturday schedule.
  • Smartkuller will deliver parcels to clients as usual.


Road transportation

Thursday, 23 February

  • Half-holiday – on this day, pick-ups and distribution will take place according separate agreements.

Friday, 24 February

  • The terminal won’t work and there will be no pick-ups or distribution.

– Regarding international deliveries, there will be no parcel departures from 24 February to 26 February. Arrival of parcels and distribution will take place in other countries as usual.


Customer service

Thursday, 23 February

  • Private customer service is open from 09:00-21:00.
  • Business customer service is open from 09:00-14:30.

Friday, 24 February

  • Customer service is closed.
