Service schedule during the Anniversary of the Republic of Estonia
There will be some changes to our service schedule due to the public holiday on the Anniversary of the Republic of Estonia.
Filling and emptying parcel lockers
23 February – Ordinary Friday schedule
24 February – Parcel lockers will be neither filled nor emptied
25 February – Ordinary Sunday schedule
Parcel deliveries by couriers
23 February – Couriers will be working as normal
24 February – Couriers will have the day off
25 February – Regular service
Business customer collections
23 February – Regular collections will not take place. Parcels will only be collected upon special agreement which must be arranged separately (by 16:00 on 22 February at the latest).
24 February – No collections will take place.
Customer service working hours
23 February – Private customer service from 9:00-21:00, business customer service from 9:00-14:00
24 February – Customer service staff will have the day off
Note: When going to collect parcels on and around the public holiday, also note the opening times of stores and shopping centres – they may be shorter than usual, depending on which you may not be able to obtain Smartpost parcels at the time you are used to doing so.
