Sending of private clients’ parcels to Europe temporarily suspended
Itella has temporarily suspended the sending of private clients’ parcels to Europe, as the self-service site eteenindus.smartpost.ee is currently out of use. An update will be issued as soon as this situation changes. Parcels can continue to be sent to Finland and the Baltic States from the self-service site my.smartpost.ee, which is operating as normal.
Also out of use at present is the website smartpost.ee. All information about the company and its services can be found online at itella.ee.
