Smartpost deliveries during Christmas and the turn of the year.

Emptying and filling parcel lockers

23 December – parcel lockers are filled and emptied on a flexible schedule until all parcels are loaded into lockers. Parcels put into parcel lockers by clients after the final filling date will be delivered to their destination as of 27 December.

24 to 26 December – no filling and emptying of parcel lockers.

31 December – parcel lockers are filled and emptied on a flexible schedule until all parcels are loaded into lockers. Parcels put into parcel lockers by clients after the final filling date will be delivered to their destination as of 2 December.

1 January – no filling and emptying of parcel lockers.

2 January – parcel lockers are filled and emptied according to the usual schedule.

Courier pick-ups and deliveries

23 December – parcels are delivered based on a flexible schedule until all parcels are delivered to clients or an attempted delivery has been made. Pick-ups will take place that day under prior agreement only (kuller@smartpost.ee).

24 to 26 December – no courier pick-ups and parcel deliveries will take place.

31 December – parcels are delivered based on a flexible schedule until all parcels are delivered to clients or an attempted delivery has been made. No pick-ups will take place on this day.

1 to 2 January – no courier pick-ups and parcel deliveries will take place.

Please note! Parcels which reach Smartpost Itella’s sorting centre during 20 December at the latest will be delivered to clients on 23 December at the latest. Parcels which reach the sorting centre starting from 21 December will be delivered to clients starting from 27 December.

Transport and pick-up of pallet goods

23 December is a short workday and goods will be transported during that workday.
Pick-ups will take place that day under prior agreement only (kuller@smartpost.ee).

24 Decemberto 26 December – no deliveries.

Telephone for private clients is open from 9-21.
Telephone for business clients is open from 9-14.

24 December

Client service is closed.

Client service is closed.
