Service schedule for the 20 August public holiday

Around the Day of Restoration of Independence, Smartpost operates as follows:

Thursday, 19 August

  • Parcel machine rounds take place according to the normal schedule
  • Smart courier operates according to Thursday’s schedule

Friday, 20 August

  • Parcel machines are not served
  • Smart courier is not operating

Saturday, 21 August

  • Parcel machine rounds will continue according to the usual Saturday schedule
  • Smart courier operates according to Saturday’s schedule

International deliveries

Thursday, 19 August

  • Parcels picked up on 19.08 are issued as normal and are distributed to the destination countries according to the conditions described in the delivery schedules.
  • Import deliveries picked up on 19.08 arrive to Estonia and their delivery takes place on the following business day after the holiday, i.e. 23.08.

Friday, 20 August

  • There will be no international road transport parcel pick-up or delivery on that day.
  • Everything runs normally in other countries.

Customer service

  • Friday, 20 August – closed
  • Available on other days according to the respective day’s schedule.
