End-of-Year Service Hours

Please plan your end-of-year shipments in advance, as delivery times with SmartPost may differ slightly from the usual schedule due to Christmas and New Year celebrations.

1.-23.12 Parcel lockers collections and deliveries, as well as courier services, will operate according to the usual schedule

23.12

  • Parcel pick-ups for business clients, including regular collections, will only be performed by prior arrangement. Please send your collection request to kuller@smartpost.ee by Friday, 20 December, at 4 PM
  • Private customer service is open from 9 am to 7 pm, business customer service from 9 am to 2 pm

24.-26.12

  • No parcel lockers collections or deliveries will take place, couriers will be on holiday
  • Private customer service will be open from 9 am to 2 pm on 24.12, business customer service is closed. Customer service representatives will be on holiday on 25-26.12

27.12

  • Normal schedule for parcel lockers collections, deliveries, and courier services

31.12

  • Parcel lockers collections and deliveries will follow a flexible schedule, while couriers will operate as usual
  • Parcel pick-ups for business clients, including regular collections, will only be performed by prior arrangement. Please send your collection request to kuller@smartpost.ee by 30 December, at 4 PM
  • Private customer service will be open from 9 am to 5 pm, business customer service from 9 am to 2 pm

  • No parcel lockers collections or deliveries will take place. Couriers and customer service representatives will be on holiday

  • Normal schedule for parcel lockers collections, deliveries, and courier services resumes

NB! When picking up your package during the holiday season, please check the opening hours of stores and shopping centres. They may be open for shorter than usual, which could affect the availability of SmartPost packages at your preferred time
