With Itella smartpost parcel terminal the parcels can be sent and picked up according to the opening hours of shopping centers.

Thursday, April 14

  • Emptying and filling parcel machines on a regular schedule.
  • Smartkuller delivers shipments to customers as usual.
  • Business customers pick-ups take place as usual.

Friday, April 15

  • Parcel machines are not filled and emptied.
  • There is no courier pick-up or parcel delivery.
  • The warehouse will open in the evening at 8 p.m.

Saturday, April 16

  • Emptying and filling parcel machines on a regular schedule.
  • Smartkuller operates normally.

Sunday, April 17

  • Parcel machines are not filled and emptied.
  • There is no courier pick-up or parcel delivery.
  • The warehouse will open in the evening at 8 p.m.

Monday, April 18

  • Emptying and filling parcel machines on a regular schedule.
  • Smartkuller operates normally.
  • Business customers pick-ups take place as usual.

  • Pick-ups from business customers take place in Estonia as usual, there are no trips abroad (departure on the evening of 18.04 with shipments picked up on 18.04)
  • Last departure from abroad before the holidays, distribution in Estonia 18.04

Friday, April 15

  • The terminal is closed, no picking up and distribution takes place
  • There are no departures to / from foreign countries

Monday, April 18

  • Pick-ups and distribution of business customers take place in Estonia as usual, departure to foreign countries with distribution from 19.04
  • Most foreign countries still have a public holiday and there will be no local harvesting / distribution, everything will return to normal from 19.04.
