The delivery cost is calculated based on the height of the parcel. The parcel terminals have lockers of five different sizes. The price depends on which locker the parcel fits into. If the parcel is of the maximum allowed width and height, we recommend you choose a larger locker to make it easier for the addressee to retrieve the parcel from the locker.

In Estonia, the estimated delivery time to a parcel terminal is 1 day, and 1-2 days by courier to an address. Parcel terminals are filled and emptied on the mainland, Saaremaa and Hiiumaa from Monday-Friday. In the event of sudden increases in parcel volumes or unexpected technical failures, delivery times may be extended. To Finland, the estimated delivery time in the Helsinki area is 2-3 working days, and 3-5 working days for other regions of Finland.
