There are two options to return a GLS parcel:

1) If you already have a GLS return parcel card “RETURN LABEL- ShopReturnService”, you can return the shipment by registering it in my.smartpost.ee self-service
2) If there is no return label, the sender must be contacted and the return of the parcel must be agreed.
