If the customer is not at home, the courier will contact you by phone if a contact number is available.
If the courier gets in contact with you, the procedure is as follows:
- a new time and address is agreed upon with the new delivery arranged on the same day, if possible;
- it is agreed that the parcel is sent to a nearby parcel terminal;
- if suitable for you, the parcel is taken back to the Itella terminal and you can retrieve the parcel at: Jälgimäe tee 13 (B-hoone), 76406, Tänassilma küla, Saku vald, Harjumaa .
If the courier cannot get in contact with you, the procedure is as follows:
- The parcel is taken back to the Itella sorting centre (Jälgimäe tee 13 (B-hoone), Tänassilma küla, Saku vald ) and stored there until you contact the facility. After this, it is agreed whether you want to collect the parcel yourself or the courier takes it to a suitable address.
