The service schedule for public holidays in May

Regarding Labour Day and Pentecost, Smartpost will operate in the following manner:

30 APRIL SUNDAY

  • Parcel lockers are serviced in accordance with the regular Sunday schedule
  • Smartkuller operates in accordance with the regular Sunday schedule
  • The warehouse will be open until the last delivery truck arrives

1 MAY MONDAY – Labour Day

  • Deliveries to and collections from parcel lockers will not take place
  • Smartkuller will not be working
  • The warehouse will open at 20:00

2 MAY TUESDAY

  • Parcel lockers are serviced in accordance with the regular Tuesday schedule
  • Smartkuller couriers will be working as normal

27 MAY SATURDAY

  • Parcel lockers are serviced in accordance with the regular Saturday schedule
  • Smartkuller will operate in accordance with the regular Saturday schedule
  • The warehouse will be open until the last delivery truck arrives

28 MAY SUNDAY – Pentecost

  • Deliveries to and collections from parcel lockers will not take place
  • Smartkuller will not be working
  • The warehouse will open at 20:00

29 MAY MONDAY

  • Parcel lockers are serviced in accordance with the regular Monday schedule
  • Smartkuller couriers will be working as normal


Road freight

We will leave on Friday, 28 April, with all export goods; we will begin distributing the parcels from 2 May in the destination countries.

On 1 May, there won’t be any pick-ups or distributions in any destination countries. Additionally, there won’t be any pick-ups or distributions in Estonia on 1 May.

We will begin distributing imported goods in Estonia from 2 May.

The Loomäe terminal will be closed on Friday, the night of 29 April; it will be reopened on the evening of 1 May at 20:00.

Customer service

Customer service will be closed on 1 May as well as 28 May.
